Shopping Centres have been specifically excluded from current Government advice against
organised public gatherings and we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our customers,
service provider partners and contractors. As the COVID19 risk unfolds, lessons learned will lead
to better understanding and management of the impacts to individuals, communities and
businesses.
We remain open and we are undertaking a number of initiatives to ensure our centre is a safe
place for all whilst still providing access to essential products and services. This includes an
increase in cleaning with a particular focus on high traffic areas and of frequently touched hard
surfaces, closing common area amenities such as children’s play areas and encouraging
everyone to exercise personal responsibility for social distancing measures recommended by the
Australian Government.
When it comes to the wellbeing of our community, we follow the advice of the Australian health
authorities. We remind all customers to practice regular hand washing, use hand sanitiser and
cover sneezes or coughs with your arm, not your hands.
